I bought it because I wanted to detox in a healthy and effective way.  I decide to try this brand because I bought other products from this company before, and their products seem work for me, I feel safe to buy things from this company. There are 90 capsules in the bottle, it claims to be extra strength, and I think it is absolutely correct and accurate. With the proprietary formula, it helps to cleanse the colon naturally and promotes regularity. Ingredients are: Butternut Bark, Ginger Root, Senna Leaf, Black Walnut Bark, Cascara Segrada Bark, Fructooligosaccarides ,Grapefruit Fiber, Licorice Root, Milk Thistle Seed, Dandelion Leaf, Cayenne Fruit. Other Ingredients: Calcium phosphate, vegetable capsule. Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, soy, eggs, nuts and wheat. So to me, the ingredients look pretty good, I have no worries about the harmful ingredients. I follow the instructions on the back, I just take 2 capsules in the morning and in the evening after with water. It says" do not exceed 10 days of consistent daily use”. I do seven days each month, and the results are pretty good. Personally, this thing works really well to me, my suggestion is if you feel like you need to use the bathroom, go immediately. That is actually my complain, sometimes I am still in the middle of class, I have to run to restroom. But otherwise, this thing works very well to me. I will continue purchase it.
